As soon as you have received the scream device, all you have to do is activate the Killstreak, select the desired attack and select the location. Then you can lean back and enjoy the show while your enemies are destroyed by a titanium.

Because the scream device is so powerful, it is not simply given to every1. You have to earn it. To get a scream device, you have to be The squad that causes most of the damage to one or both titans. If you happen to be part of this team, you will receive a unique scream device. Every other group that has not received the scream device receives monarch information that is rewarded when you fill out with the receipt of a scream device.
